There were problems setting up VirtualBox. Vboxdrv.sh: failed: Look at /var/log/vbox-setup.log to find out what went wrong. Vboxdrv.sh: Building VirtualBox kernel modules. Vboxdrv.sh: Starting VirtualBox services. Vboxdrv.sh: Stopping VirtualBox services. However when I boot with the kernel-lt-4.4.86_64 I get the (infamous) kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908) error (I need the 4.4 kernel to correctly use large (> 1920x1080) displays)).įollowing the instructions (execute /sbin/vboxconfig as root) fails:Ĭode: Select all Expand view Collapse view $ sudo /sbin/vboxconfig I have VirtualBox 6.0.4 r128413 (Qt5.6.1) installed and it is running fine when I boot the CentOS with the 3.10 stock kernel.
